Packaging Process

Preparation work：

1:Choose the most suitable packging type according to the products.

2:Organize the packing scene.

3:Check the packing tools (such as accessores, packing materials) to make sure they are neat.

Products Packaging type：

1:Vacuum packing:is used for the metals easy tobe oxidized and component products.

2:EPE packing

Uesd for soft state products and the ones need to resist the shock during transportation,like foils,rods and wires.

3:Cartoon packaging(double packaging,white tisslle pape inside,brown packing paper outside):

Used for regular profiles,like sheets,blocks,bars etc.

4:Other:depends on the properties of the products.

Wrapper

Case Packaging type：

Catoon or Wooden box:depends on the properties of the products.

1:Cartoon packing:five corrugated export cartoons make sure of the shock-resistance and pressure-resistance.

2:Wooden case packing:customized.

The packed products in the box should be neat from the biggest to the smallest,from heaviest to the lightest,

fill the space with filling material,to make sure there is no sound when shocked.

Filling material:ABF,EPE,foam board,bubble pack,broken foam.

The package weight should Not surpass the weight the box could burden to guarantee the safety of the transportation.

Remarks：

Combined packaging is available according to the special transportation requirement of the products.
