1. The molybdenum rod with relative density above 98% was obtained by rotary forging with heating temperature of 1300 ~ 1350 ℃, trace compression of 30% and total compression of 150%;
2. After hot deformation and densification by rotary forging, molybdenum bar blank has uniform structure, equiaxed grain, average grain size perpendicular to length is less than 5 m, and tensile strength at room temperature is more than 610 MPa.
3. After extrusion and densification of molybdenum bar blank, the microstructure of molybdenum material is uniform, the grain is fibrous, and the internal microstructure forms a preliminary processing texture with a certain aspect ratio, and the tensile strength at room temperature is greater than 810MPa.
