N6 nickel bars exhibit good corrosion resistance in many acidic and alkaline environments and are mostly used in reducing media.
Nickel is characterized by the corrosion resistance of alkaline media, such as caustic potash, caustic sodium and so on, so it is widely used in the process of ionic membrane caustic soda. Nickel is more resistant to corrosion in dry fluorine than most alloys. Nickel has also been successfully used in drying and hydrogen chloride at room temperature to 540℃. It can also be applied to stationary solutions.
The N6 nickel bar has excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, high heat and conductivity, low gas content and low steam pressure.
Nickel has good mechanical properties in a relatively wide temperature range and is easy to cold work.
Typical applications: plate heat exchanger, bellows compensator expansion joint, alkali making, chemical equipment, etc.
