Molybdenum crucible manufacturing process
The raw materials used are molybdenum (molybdenum) powder, oxidation bowl (cerium oxide) powder and hydrogenated powder. The raw materials are prepared according to the predetermined ingredients and mixed into the mechanical mixing cylinder and mixed with 36h. Grain refining and high temperature strength of molybdenum crucible are used in rare earth smelting. The weakness is high temperature strength and serious grain growth. The recrystallization temperature of pure molybdenum is 900~1000 C, and the tensile strength is 150MPa at 900 C, and decreases to 40MPa at 1200 C.
Therefore, the pure molybdenum material is only suitable for the temperature range below 900 degrees Celsius and certain protective atmosphere. It is reported that increasing the use temperature of molybdenum can start with grain refinement and high temperature strength. More representative is the TZM alloy in the United States, the recrystallization temperature is 1300 degrees, the tensile strength is 1100 at 1100, and the temperature is 1200 at 1200.
