Equipment required for nickel foil welding
Manual electric welding equipment one set, handle type Angle grinder one, electric hammer one, a plane ruler one.
Weld preparation
1. Check and debug equipment to ensure normal operation; 2. Prepare 4.0J402 electrode to dry for one hour at 300℃-350℃. 1. Assemble the vertebral body and the blue together according to the requirements of the drawing, and divide the blue into 8 equal parts on average.
2. As the flange is thicker and the groove is larger, segmented symmetrical and multi-layer welding is adopted.
This process is often used to forge gear blanks and other disc-shaped forgings. Upsetting is divided into two kinds: total upsetting and partial forging.
1. Drawing length drawing length is to increase the length of the blank, the section of the forging process, usually used to produce shaft parts blank, such as lathe spindle, connecting rod, etc.
2. The forging process of punching through or through the blank with punch.
3. The forging process of bending the blank into a certain Angle or shape.
4. The forging process in which one part of the blank is rotated at an Angle relative to the other.
5. The forging process of cutting and dividing the nickel foil blank or cutting the material head.
