Molybdenum is very hard, very soft, more ductile than tungsten. Molybdenum has a high modulus of elasticity, tungsten, tantalum, only a high melting point. Molybdenum sheets are used in many special steels. Other common USES are molybdenum electrodes, vacuum furnace applications, nuclear energy, missile and aircraft parts.
The thickness ranges from 00.090 inches to 3 inches and is listed as molybdenum sheet. Molybdenum plate is widely used in mold and parts furnace construction, electronics and semiconductor industry parts manufacturing.
Silicone molybdenum plate is reviewed using silicon source Si2Cl6 and silicification conditions and some of its properties. The plate was first deposited with molybdenum silicide, such as 4 MoSi2, which was 6 meters thick at the initial stage (10 minutes later), and then stored together, forming a uniform layer of MoSi2 molybdenum silicide plate after 30 minutes. The weight of the organosilicon plate dissolved by the anode was doubled at 0.2m sulfuric acid, reducing the thickness of the layer of MoSi2. The corrosion of sea water and sand and the wear of organosilicone molybdenum plate increase the resistivity, thus increasing the silicification temperature and the flow rate of Si2Cl6.
