The common specifications are mainly (15~30) x L (250~800) mm. According to its chemical composition and usage, it can be divided into two grades: GMHLM.2 and GMHYM.3.
GMHLM.2 is a high-temperature lanthanum-molybdenum rod doped with a certain amount of La2O3. It is mainly used to prepare high-strength wire-cut molybdenum wire, high-temperature electrothermal element and special materials for electric light source.
GMHYM.3 is a high-temperature yttrium-molybdenum rod. It is mainly doped with a certain amount of yttrium in molybdenum. It is mainly used as raw materials for preparing electric vacuum devices, electric light sources, high-temperature heating furnaces and high-temperature structural parts.
High temperature molybdenum rods are mainly packed in wooden boxes or cartons. There are slotted foam boards in wooden boxes or cartons, which are used to protect molybdenum bars and prevent cracking in transportation. In addition, storage or transportation should be damp-proof collision-proof, stored in a ventilated dry acid-free atmosphere, strictly anti-oxidation. Storage period should not exceed six months.
