The measurement of hot rolled moly plate can be made by using the light and infrared radiant heat emitted by the plate itself. During measurement, the length direction of the industrial camera is adjusted parallel to the length direction of the molybdenum plate. When the molybdenum plate is in the field of view of the camera, the measuring software can select the boundary of the molybdenum plate length and width direction through the gray value, and measure the length and width of the molybdenum plate according to the position of the boundary.
Image processing is a technology that USES computers to process, analyze and understand visual information. It is a new technology that develops vigorously with the continuous improvement of computer hardware, image acquisition equipment, display equipment and the emergence of various high-performance workstations. The mathematical models of image processing include orthogonal model, statistical model and prediction model. The molybdenum plate measuring equipment in this scheme is a typical application to measure the dimension of the measured object by using the pixel proportion of the measured object in the image under the orthogonal model.
Due to the bending and jumping phenomenon of molybdenum plate in the rolling and conveying process, the industrial camera has the characteristic of "near big and far small" when shooting images, and the distance between molybdenum plate and camera cannot be determined by analyzing a single image. Therefore, using 1 industrial camera can not achieve accurate measurement of molybdenum plate. In order to achieve accurate measurement, the method of pair setting of industrial camera is adopted in this scheme to conduct stereoscopic measurement of molybdenum plate. The molybdenum plates were measured simultaneously by two cameras from different angles. The two cameras are like people's eyes, which can form stereoscopic vision, so that enough information can be obtained to judge the distance of the object being measured, and the influence of distance changes on the measurement can be eliminated.
