Pure Tungsten plate rolling can be divided into hot rolling, warm rolling and cold rolling. Due to the deformation resistance of tungsten, the ordinary roll cannot fully meet the requirements of tungsten plate rolling, so the special roll should be used. When rolling, the roll should be preheated. 

According to different rolling conditions, the preheating temperature is 100 ~ 350℃. Only when the relative density of the blank (the ratio of the actual density to the theoretical density) is greater than 90% can the blank be processed, and the processing performance is good when the blank density is between 92 and 94%. The temperature of hot rolling is between 1350 ℃ and 1500℃. The starting temperature of warm rolling is 1200℃, and the thickness of 8 mm hot rolling plate can reach 0.5 mm by warm rolling.
