The specific winding process is as follows:
1. Wire up: the wire electrode is wound onto the wire storage tube
①Turn the SAI knob on the machine control panel to the left.
②The starting position of wire feeding is on the right side of the wire storage drum. Manually stop the right side of the wire storage drum at the center of the wire rack with a rocker.
③Press the right striker against the reversing travel switch contact, and pull the left striker as far as possible.
④ Loosen the nut on the threader, install the molybdenum wire disk and screw on the nut.
⑤Adjust the nut to adjust the pressure of the molybdenum wire disk moderately.
⑥Fix one end of the molybdenum wire on the screw on the right side of the wire storage cylinder after passing the wire winding wheel.
⑦Turn the wire storage tube counterclockwise for a few times with your bare hands, and the hitting block cannot be released from the reversing stroke switch when rotating.
⑧Press the SB2 wire transport switch knob on the control panel to rotate the wire storage tube, and the molybdenum wire is automatically wound on the wire storage tube. When the requirements are met, press the SBI emergency stop knob on the control panel to install the wire electrode on the wire storage tube.
2. Wire threading: wire the electrode wire to the wire rack
① Pull the electrode wire head, and then wind each guide wheel and conductive block to the wire storage cylinder in turn. Pay attention to the strength of your hands during operation to prevent the electrode wire from being discounted.
②At the beginning of wire threading, first make sure that the wire electrode on the wire storage barrel is on the same plane as the auxiliary guide wheel, tension guide wheel, and main pulley, otherwise the wire electrode on the wire storage barrel will overlap during the wire transportation process. , Resulting in broken wires. ③When threading, pay attention to the control of the left and right stroke gear lever, so that when the wire storage barrel changes back and forth, the left and right ends of the wire storage barrel have a margin of 3 to 5 mm.
3. Tight wire
The electrode wire must maintain a certain tension. Too tight and easy to break the wire, too loose will affect the accuracy and roughness, so the wire must be tightened after finishing the threading and threading. After transporting the wire for a period of time, the wire should be tightened to maintain the tension of the electrode wire. The method of gripping the wire device must be correct to prevent the molybdenum wire from slipping out and hurting the hand, and the strength of the wire drawing is appropriate and consistent.
