However, the size of loose packing density will directly affect the fluidity of the powder, thus affecting the distribution of pressure in the molding of molybdenum crucible, directly affecting the molding density of crucible, and also affecting the molding difficulty of crucible. FIG. 2 shows the crucible billets prepared with 1# and 2# molybdenum powder respectively using the same cold isostatic pressure technique. As you can see in figure 2 the crucible of the preparation of fine molybdenum powder 1 # billet formability is inferior to using 2 # powder preparation of electrodes in the crucible, an irregular shape, 1 # at the bottom of the crucible instead of round, and significantly smaller than the upper diameter at the bottom of the crucible, this is mainly due to the small molybdenum powder grain, apparent density is small, powder liquidity is not good, lead to uneven distribution of the molding pressure, molybdenum crucible which appear in the diagram. The bottom and the upper part of the 2# crucible are round and the diameters are the same, so the crucible billets prepared by large particle size molybdenum powder have good molding property. |
